    How to recognize phishing and scams?

    • WhaleFin staff and your Expert Team will never ask for your recovery password or verification codes, or ask you to take screenshots of key-related pages.
    • The receiving address for subscription payments is filled in automatically by the wallet. If anyone privately sends you an address and asks you to transfer to it, this is not the normal process.
    • We recommend adding frequently used receiving addresses to your address book and choosing from it when sending.
