A network fee is paid to the blockchain network, not to WhaleFin. The amount changes with network congestion. When sending, you can choose a fast or slow fee level; faster levels usually cost more. The fee is always shown on the confirmation page before each transfer.
- When you send tokens such as USDT / USDC on Ethereum, the network fee is paid in ETH. Bitcoin network fees are paid in BTC.
- If you do not have enough ETH in your wallet to pay the network fee, you can first transfer in a small amount of ETH, or contact your Expert Team.
