    Sub-account Permissions

    • a. Sub-accounts can only be logged in from the web portal (pro.whalefin.com) at the moment. App login is unavailable.

       

    • b. Sub-accounts cannot access Club and BWC pages at the moment. However, sub-accounts will share the VIP level and correspondent benefits such as exclusive Earn and fees deduction with the primary account.

       

    • c. Primary accounts share identity information with their sub-accounts. Therefore, sub-accounts do not require additional Identity Verification.
