"Incorrect Code" error with Two-Factor Authentication on WhaleFin App
If you get the error "Incorrect Code, please re-enter" when entering your Google verification code on WhaleFin App, you can try the following methods:
- 1. If you have multiple Google verification codes on your phone, please make sure that you enter the Google verification code corresponding to your WhaleFin account.
- 2. Make sure you install the correct Google Two-Step Authentication App (iOS-Authenticator, Android-Authenticator).
- 3. The Google verification code is valid for 30 seconds only. Wait for a new code to appear and resubmit within 30 seconds.
- 4. Synchronize your timezone in Settings (For iOS, please set the system time zone of the phone; For Android, please visit "Time correction for codes" in Google Authenticator Settings to sync time).
If none of the above methods work, you can try resetting Google Two-Factor Authentication.
