"Incorrect Code" error with Two-Factor Authentication on WhaleFin App
If you get the error "Incorrect Code, please re-enter" when entering your Google verification code on WhaleFin App, you can try the following methods:
1. If you have multiple Google verification codes on your phone, please make sure that you enter the Google verification code corresponding to your WhaleFin account.
2. Make sure you install the correct Google Two-Step Authentication App (iOS-Authenticator, Android-Authenticator).
3. The Google verification code is valid for 30 seconds only. Wait for a new code to appear and resubmit within 30 seconds.
4. Synchronize your timezone in Settings (For iOS, please set the system time zone of the phone; For Android, please visit "Time correction for codes" in Google Authenticator Settings to sync time).
If none of the above methods work, you can try resetting Google Two-Factor Authentication.
