How to recover Google Authenticator enabled on WhaleFin App?

If you lose your Google Authenticator enabled on WhaleFin App:

1. If you have saved your Private Key, you can reinstall Google Authenticator to recover your verification code for WhaleFin via Private Key.

2. You can contact us through service@whalefin.com, stating that you intend to unbind your existing Google Authenticator. Our customer service team will contact you for identification and assist you with unbinding your existing Google Authenticator.
