- Go to Personal Center - Role Management, and click [Freeze]/[Unfreeze] to freeze/unfreeze roles of the current account.
Note: Only admin and manager roles are allowed freeze/unfreeze roles. The manager role can only freeze/unfreeze trader and auditor roles, while cannot freeze/unfreeze the admin or other manager roles.
- Go to Personal Center - Sub-account Management, expand the Sub-account List, and click [Freeze]/[Unfreeze] to freeze/unfreeze roles of the sub-account.
- Similarly, go to the sub-account management page, and click [Freeze]/[Unfreeze] on under the role list tab to freeze/unfreeze roles of the sub-account.
